Rev. Nora Vedress
Nora obtained a BA from The University of Western Ontario and a Master of Divinity from Emmanuel College (UofT). She was ordained in May 2001 by Hamilton Conference. She was settled at Birch Hills, Crystal Springs, Kinistino Pastoral Charge and enjoyed four years of ministry with those amazing people. In 2005 Nora accepted a call to Calvary United Church. Nora has found in this church an open, caring, mission minded, humorouss, and loving group of people with whom to work and serve. She has a passion for Worship and Pastoral Care as well as Youth and Young Adult Minsitry. Nora lives in the Prince Albert with her husband Derek and their 2 children.

Samantha Clayton
Student Minister
Samantha was born and raised in Prince Albert and found her faith family through Camp Tapawingo and Calvary's Youth Group. Sam started work as Calvary's CDM in 2017 after volunteering as a youth leader for 3 years. In the spring of 2020 Sam was approved for Candidacy with the United Church of Canada and is working toward her BTh and MDiv. in St. Andrews College's dual degree program.
Calvary is Sam's second family full of warm, kind, accepting people she is so happy to have the opportunity to work with all the families of this community of faith, and hopes to continue to learn and grow alongside each other.
Samantha lives just outside of Prince Albert with her partner Chris, their two children and an assortment of cats, horses, fish and turtle. When not as school Sam and her family love being outside, curling, board games and watching movies.

Arthur Karakochuk
Arthur Karakochuk started as the Administrative Assistant at Calvary United Church in August of 2017. He has enjoyed the work and getting to know so many wonderful people. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and generous. He couldn’t have asked for a better community to be part of. He hopes that anyone with questions or comments about what’s going on at Calvary United Church will feel welcome to call the office or stop in for a quick visit. He is happy to help.
In his spare time, Arthur is an illustrator and graphic designer. He loves to draw and, in particular, has illustrated a number of children’s books.
He lives in Prince Albert with his wife, Kami, and their dog, Oliver. He loves to travel, go to the movies, and spend time with his family and friends.
